You don't know how to to relax yourself and if you're relaxed and you go into panic mode you need to switch states quickly. I did this originally by meditating but meditation is a long proces. Switching states by self hypnosis is far quicker.

I remember at 19 being told I was the handsomest out of a bad lot. It was a cruel statement to make. That affected me for a long time. It didn't stop me from meeting women because they always chased me. Strangely enough even as a very shy and introverted guy I always could enthuse women. Despite all the interest, dates and attractive women I could not forget it. Now I don't care my achievements demonstrate. I look at the mirror and don't see a chad but there's something about me that makes women…

A secure person wouldn't give a shit about what other people think.

Women are fucking weird. I used to have a good few female friends from way back and virtually all have blocked me for stupid things mainly posting things on social media. I wouldn't mind but I know these girls since early teens. Since then I don't have women friends they're just to flakey.

That's American garbage. I watched a few episodes and there's nothing to be learned there.

Mystery is 6'5 and when he wrote that book he was an attractive guy. His gimmicks were for teaching others. I should know. I'm 6'5 and I don't need gimmicks.

What you're essentially is saying in your experience is that the stoic person is far more successful. I do agree that if you are stoic and unaffected by your external world women will see this as masculine which is extremely rare these days. The reality is very many different variations of women exist on this planet all with their own requirements the premise that a certain type of man is more successful is a flawed one. Yes being very rich and handsome will attract women that will be of no othe…

3 girls out of 5 would be quite normal. You do know a salesman with a good record gets about 3% of bites.

There's an art to it. You approach the group. Identify the leader of the group and try to win her over. Talk to each of them in turn. Then compliment all of them say you ladies look fabulous but you look extra fabulous tonight direct it at the girl you like. Then say can I borrow your friend for 5 mins ?. Then grab a drink or go outside for a smoke then you are right in your comfort zone. Once you get the number go back and say it was lovely meeting you all I don't want to disturb your girlie ni…

I had a friend who was 5'7, very charismatic, good looking, athletic and also hung who had to put a lot of effort into getting women. He secretly was jealous of me because I'm very tall, ok looking reasonably athletic and finding women is very easy for me. I realized that all men are created equal. I also realized after a very long hospital stay with COVID that the energy you put out is very important. When my energy is not on point its not good. Also women are hard work. I regularly talk to gro…

I don't normally respond to requests that do not say please but for you I make an exception. You can self hypnotise yourself to go straight into alpha state by using a hand signal or a colour. I can remember anything I need to by using specific phrases to trigger a memorisation. Its easy to do. You can also align your subconscious and conscious mind to work together so you can retrieve info at blinding speed like when you're looking for something to say to a girl and not only this you can switch…

I use self hypnosis and the trigger is when I get nervous I relax. I can talk to any woman with any level of attractiveness.

Fair enough. I've been dating since 20 now I'm early forties. I've gone on a lot of dates and learned a lot. True that. LTRs are harder I agree and I'm not into promiscuity.

When you've gone on a lot of dates you can. Intuitively know if a woman likes you for one of a woman doesn't mention a boyfriend is one the way she looks at you is a dead giveaway. Best indicator is a complete change of behavior around you. Getting nervous and blushing is another one.

This is the problem. You are giving advice after going on 20 dates. While what you say is true because it's actually lifted from more experienced people. I've gone on 100+ of dates. I speculate I've talked to 1000s of women because I'm always talking to women. I house-shared with 20 women over time. I've learned so much. I've gone on dates where the girl died a week later. I've experienced so much. I am older yes. I've never followed any PUA's . PUA didn't exist. I do watch infield for entertain…

If a girl tries to get you to do something just say I will do x for you ONLY if you do y for me. Y can be something funny or ridiculous or not even attainable. That just sets a precedent that lets her know you know how to set boundaries.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
