I haven't looked into the specifics, but: In June, 2004, Christophe Morat was sentenced to six years in a French prison for failing to disclose his status to Isabelle and Aurora, both of whom he'd pozzed. 39	German popstar avoids prison even though she knowingly infected one man with HIV and 'attempting' to infect two more men. Benaissa had sex with three people without telling them she was infected. One of them was confirmed as having contracted the virus. That's pretty sickening. She should definitely have received jail time.
