Yes, fake it 'til you make it while also busting your ass to become a better person. "Just be yourself" is only good advice when yourself is fucking awesome. Work on hobbies, get in good shape, and make some money while also pursuing women and friends. Until you reach that pinnacle of success, you may have to fake confidence for awhile, but the idea is that you should be striving towards that better version of yourself each and every day.

You can't just flip a switch and be having porn style sex with sloots...you have to build up to that. For a lot of guys, myself included, something as simple as No Fap can push them in that direction. I agree, sexual strategy is simple however, not easy. I understand youre currently experiencing success in that realm but I don't agree with your macho, "just man up" philosophy. It's not that easy bro.

Thanks. Agreed. Abundance is like the magic pill for outcome independence, in my experience.

Butter and Avocado are key. Make sure you get some fibrous greens (spinach, asparagus, broccoli, etc) to fill you up. Also drink a good amount of water with some salt in it.

Cutting and high volume DO NOT go together. You will be tired as fuck and burning muscle. I recommend HIIT training (see dorian yate's training) when you're cutting. More on training in a later post.

Sorry, you're probably right. I couldn't remember the right number. Just make sure it's low and experiment.

Eat reasonably healthy meals A diet is simply what you eat. You're always on a diet unless you're fasting (which also has benefits). You might be in the minority that has a great metabolism, good workout habits, and a good idea of what to eat. For the rest of people, a strict diet is a fantastic way to learn these principles and see results that will motivate them to really hit it hard.

Agreed, at the most basic of levels. But I don't agree that 2,000 calories from a "balanced" diet is better than 2,000 calories from a ketogenic diet. Perhaps it's anecdotal, but I certainly feel better, don't have "food comas", look better, and focus better on an ultra-low carb diet filled with moderate protein and essential fats. Then again, I'm a bro, so take it with a grain of salt. Have you ever tried these diets? Would love your take on it.

Ryan Holiday (author Ego is the Enemy, Obstacle is the Way) argues that "no matter how good you are, you could always use a little bit of therapy". U/guest123420 makes a valid point that therapy and talking about mental health is often coined as a weakness, it is stigmatized. From my personal experience and the experience of countless others, this stigma should be disregarded in favor of healthy, productive therapy. Even if you think you're operating at 100% efficiency, you're not. Therapy can h…

I would agree, but with the caveat that alone time is important in moderation. Just wanted to make sure that people don't confuse isolation with alone/reflection time. Isolation, in my definition, is alone time in excess.
