Activities for relaxYea thats my suggestion, personally when I’m making music I’m absolutely in the zone and thinking about nothing else but what’s going with the music because if your focus slips you’ll go off beat or miss chord etc.. If you like something with beat and rhythm you could get some decks and mix your own beats or remix some of your favourite songs and in terms of not pissing off the neighbours you can get headphones. If you’re into EDM you can pick up some decks for cheap, if you’re into rock then acoustic guitars are cheap aswell and there is tonnes of free tutorials for both on internet and YouTube.
