If she claims she was bloody and bruised the evidence would be overwhelming. But since the case was deemed false it could indicate that the forensics kit proved that. In the country where this happened I did find a lawyer to get advise on what could happen if it went to court and what steps I could take as I was falsely accused. Turns out the law favours the accuser to complete protection. Even if I file for false rape claim its still hearsay. Sue for defamation of character doesn't exist in this country either.
