I know plenty of men (including my husband, before we were together) who have been talked out of vasectomies because of their permanence. As he was between relationships the Dr suggested he wait. That's all anecdotal; I don't know the stats on that. I don't think there is any hypocrisy there. Feminists aren't trying to mandate vasectomies or circumcision so to oppose abortion isn't hypocritical. Most feminists are for bodily autonomy for all. That's where intersectionality comes in. The point is that there is no legislation requiring circumcision, so this is really more of an issue for specific communities to tackle.

Well yes, men have to play a role in being responsible for a pregnancy they caused. Contraceptives are not 100% effective and unplanned pregnancy is not possible without sperm. Condoms also protect against the transmission of STIs, although this is less relevant in long term relationships.
