Tell that to all the really fuggly men out there that have no social skills but are immensely wealthy. That’s the only access they need to in the desirability stakes. No matter how much we’ve moved on in terms of our thinking on the way sexes work, there’s still that fundamental wish to be the provider and the one provided for, and it generally weighs heavier depending on the sex.

Pretty certain that if the poor bloke had reacted he'd have definitely served a harsher sentence. Domestic violence against men is something that often goes unreported, as was the case for this bloke over a 16 period and when it is it's generally seen as not as bad as domestic violence against women.

Unless, of course, they're Irish terrorists and they were granted clemency by a government that was directly responsible for the events that happened in Iraq and Syria that led to ISIS, all the while whilst prosecuting loyal British soldiers for doing the job they were asked to do. She's a product of how she was brought up. Her parents are Bangladeshi and likely have values and standards that differ greatly from those of people brought up in a western environment. These ideals would've been passed to their children through their teachings and also natural learning from the community in which they reside which, most likely, would have made them succeptable to radicalisation.
