It is conceivable that a murder could be inspired as a result of fear or hatred due to recurrent abuse patterns. In the town I live in, legal aid and medical clinics for poor refuse white males. Females of any race who are pregnant, and so-called 'minorities' receive free housing, health care at Volunteers in Medicine and first access to lawyers through public Legal Aid services.
