So if the scale is therefore balanced by the college acceptance bias, then I would think the debt is paid. But no, they get acceptance bias in the job search as well.

Slightly better? Did you see that story a few days ago of the black male that got into every single Ivy league school? He had a 2270 in the SAT out of 2400, and a 100.5% GPA (whatever that means, I assume weighted GPA including AP classes). Those are pretty good credentials, but they are NOT getting a white person into brown, let alone Harvard or Yale. They get 2400 SAT and 4.0 GPA all AP applicants by the hundreds.

she was on KAF (Kandahar air field) working 9-5h and enjoying cold iced Cappuccinos from Tim horton's. I saw her on FB almost everyday and her summer camp like pictures. And probably posting frequently about how good it feels to relax after putting in an honest, hard day's work too.

There aren't labor laws about going out to a club. Clubs, bars, casinos, and the like are all private property. They can refuse or offer any service, that they are licensed for, to any person for any price you are willing to pay for it. If you don't like it, you can shove it so far as they are concerned. That being said, clubs and etc. do have to operate under labor laws where employment and wages are concerned for their employees.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
