I would try to put pressure on the governor/mayor for a pardon. That's the person who could end this irrational fiasco immediately. Also, laws need to be changed to hold dating websites/services legally liable for verifying the ages of their members. What about a visa check card or something similar issued by the court?.. The non custodial parent makes monthly payments to an account that replenishes funds on the card. The account can then be monitored by an independent 3rd party to preclude any bullshit expenditures.
