Hi, just logged in to update you; the only one in my comments section to help me with actionable advice and motivation. Since my original post, I've been consistently attending the gym and noting my eating habits. Doing the 5x5 routine. I've seen progress in weights and body wise. Lost a little more fat and gained more muscle and I can feel it in my clothes; my jeans are less tight! Recently, I've stopped my cut and eat at maintenance to be able to lift more and recover faster. Looking at my ori…

I was aware somebody would say this, but doesn't it make sense to go in the right direction as earlier as possible than to try to fix mistakes a year on? A lot can change in 1 year...

This was bound to happen sooner or later Why is that so? Can't understand why you'd break up if you felt she was "an angel"?

Cutting back on sugar is a wise diet change, but you must tally a full week's intake of everything. You need data. You need an illustration of your week that you can look at. When you "held back" on sugar, it needs to become "I reduced sugar calories by x%", in case that "held back" only came out to 10%. Today I've installed MyFitnessPal and began tracking what I eat. According to this app, my height and weight I should be aiming for 2000 calories per day. It was humbling to see that my lunch an…

The person who says they can't do it, and the person who says that they can, are both usually correct. Thanks for posting your comment, I think I'm going to print out every comment here and read it when I'm needing a reminder

I'm interested in what kind of food you ate for Keto, somebody just introduced me to this idea. Some users at /r/keto say they feel lethargic and low energy?

Do what needs to be done. Stop waiting for it to come to you. This resonates with me more than you probably realise. Thank you

Thank you for the guidance, I am reading PPL now and I'll begin this asap. Today is saturday so I'll myself in the gym to warm up for the first day of my routine I appreciate that you touched on finding a mission in my life. That's where I'm struggling. I don't know what I want to leave, children? a legacy? Truth is, I just want to be better and leave that for later when I have my shit together. Thanks again brother, godspeed indeed

Good point, thanks for reminding me. It's so basic but input and output is so fundamental to this process. The harder I work and track my food, the better my results!

1) How many times a week did you gym, and what was the full routine once you got in there? 3, sometimes 4. I followed the basic routine of workout A (Bent over rows, Benchpress and Squats) and workout B (Deadlift, OHP and Pull ups). On sundays I might do cardio like running, skipping and boxing... 2) What was your diet modification? Did you tally your calories with MyFitnessPal? Fuck, I see where this is going. I didn't track my calories at all but held back on sugar. I eat mostly rice with meat…
