Describes my work place. They're trying desperately to fill middle & upper level managerial positions with women+LGBTQ people. I already have all other qualifications & experience but falling short of diversity points. I am about to ask if I have a better shot at promotions if I start identifying as a Lesbian woman?

That's so true. Just last night, I calculated if I was single, I would've made enough by now to retire early. Compounding wealth over years works wonders for financial independence.

I wonder what should be men's response? Maybe hire only a few token women (must be 40+) to meet the legal requirement.

Don't feel bad. I was in your position once. Not bad looking, got a master's degree, good job, I still work out but I am short so no women ever showed any interest. Just focus on yourself and develop some interests, build a career, have some buddies to hang out with and life will look much better. In any case, once you have been through a relationship, you'll know that it's not that good at all. You'll wonder why the hell did you fuss about being single/virgin at all.

I am married and though there are some issues, I'm still better placed than most other people. But, I do support MGTOW and if I had been single now, I would've absolutely gone my own way.

I feel you bro for being in similar situation. But, we don't run away from our responsibilities and we do our duty for sake of kids.

I identify with it so much. Used to buy my wife gifts but she exchanged them, so I stopped altogether. Never buy anything on my own for her.

In my case, it's not just me it's everyone on my side of family who ever did anything wrong as per her perception. That's one time when their memory never fails them.

Good luck to you. I hope everything works out well for you.

That was the reason I gave up trying to date a long time ago. Didn't matter if I was fit, not bad looking, respectful, had a masters degree & a decent job, just because I'm short I was invisible to them. It's all ok now but it did sting those days.

This reminds me of first time a stranger girl ever showed an interest in me. I was young & naive, had never had any gf, so was eager for her company. So, to get to know her better we went to a restaurant and she asked me for my phone to call her folks because her own was broken. I gave her my phone and as soon as I turned to get our drinks, she ran away with it. Learnt a valuable lesson though. She could've cost me a lot more and I got away cheaply with just losing a phone.

I can relate so much to it. I am married but I sleep alone in my own bedroom. Having a complete bed to yourself is a joy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
