Nobody deserves anything. Nobody should expect anything in return just because they gave it out. Again, that's how you get "nice guy" mentality at best, incel (and all thay comes with it) behavior at worst.

I don't understand why natural selection has anything to do with finding love. It is the biological bottleneck. An exclusion of people that nobody deems necessary enough to procreate with. Everyone deserves love. Let's not go too far into "deserving" language. That's how you build resentment like... well im not sure if it is against the rules to say his name. Nobody is owed or deserving of anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/26 06:15 AM

when we pick average men (men that YOU think are average) you say we are settling. Most women think most men are ugly. If you honestly can’t see that saying a man is marriage material is a compliment, then you aren’t ready for grownup relationships. I believe you need to read between the lines as to what is being implied, other than preferring your own personal view.

Reminder: looks aren't the most important. Another reminder: attitude, vibes, values can increase or decrease attraction. Perhaps in a job or friendship, but let's not pretend that the way you look does not dictate some major things. Many studies already prove that men, and in particular ugly men, get less sympathy, are less tolerated, are seen as worse people, smell worse, and even are seen as more guilty than an attractive male. Vibes and attitude can make up for some of it, but i think the in…

First off - am woman, have been rejected MANY times. Could you tell us how you were rejected?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 08:26 PM

Why do I owe you more? I never said you needed to. It is merely a comment to your comment. If you can’t see the morality of women having equal human rights to men Women do not care for the wellbeing and success of men either. It would be deeply hypocritical to assume this is a one sided argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 12:58 AM

Incredibly intelligent response.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 10:35 PM

Why am I not surprised to see men on PPD upset that women are evolving while they stay the same. Because society has done everything to uplift women and put them on a pedestal. Men have been pushed into believing they are inherently a problem that should be ashamed for what others have done. Perhaps that is what we need to make today’s weak men grow stronger. Will never happen. This would require that women concede that they failed somewhere. And if it impedes with women's enjoyment, then we wil…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 10:33 PM

Even if we can somehow have objective proof of this. And even if we take your word for it and say "yes, the patriarchy and conservatism harms men". We can never make the claim that democrats and leftists are anything but anti-men. A party of male haters who think it is better to live self-hating than to uplift oneself. A party who thinks your gender is a problem and therefore should be seen as guilty.

Marriage by Age 40 (CDC Data):** A study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that the probability of a first marriage by age 40 was approximately 81% for men and 86% for women. No disrespect to people that age. But let's not pretend the dynamics of a 40+ year old is the same as a Millenial or GenZ. Furthermore, I think the OkCupid response is more based on how the average women views the average man. Which is highly unfavorable. Its not an indication of weather or not …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/25 09:48 PM

this lazy idiotic ok cupid statistic has been debunked hundreds of times. Stop using it Has it? Most men in their thirties or twenties find a woman to date eventually I mean, if we go on a long enough time span. But I don't think you sympathize with the mental toll it takes to approach 30 or even be 30 and not have anyone be interested in you.

Perhaps I misunderstand your response. Need and will what? What is this in response to from my reply? Could you please expand on your point.

To the extent and vitality of making fun of incel and redpill content? I highly doubt it. Not to the mainstream nature, and not to the dehumanizing nature of the comments section for men. But if you have examples that rival the video essays of Andrew Tate, Fresh and Fit, or other manosphere whatevers, I am willing to concede.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 01:53 PM

Curated online content made for engagement isn’t real life. I disagree. In fact, I would go as far as to say you must live a highly priveleged life to never have had your community affected by someone inspired by the internet. Are you just going to ignore the male content creators like Fresh & Fit or Andrew Tate? Are you going to ignore the mainstream waves of video essays, comments, rebuttals, and such debunking them and making fun of them? Are you just as upset that they exist? Of course, but …

Yes, so the question I am asking is if it is worth making the attempt to treat women better or be a male feminist if the precaution of "this person is a criminal or will be one later" is there regardless.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 06:46 AM

It sounds like you’re taking the worst corners of the internet and treating them like they represent how women actually feel day to day. And the idea that the whole media landscape is anti-male just doesn’t line up with what people actually consume. If we were to randomly pic from the top 10 podcasters, YouTubers, TikTokers, Celebrities who are women, what rate do you think will have espoused to misandrist rhetoric? What do you think of the comments section that gets no pushback? You’re picking …

Does your self-improvement hinge on the fact that you will be seen as an abject evil and stupid monster by the other side?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 06:29 AM
2

You either view me as a person or you don't. You can be trained to view you with anger. If I do my best to be a male feminist, to strive for equality, promise of neutral terms. To never be abusive, to try to minimize my own position as a man knowing how I may be perceived to a woman... And stil be viewed as a potential abuser, bigot, sexist, and worse, what incentive do i have other than self-flagellation? So when you say, "you either view me as a person or you don't", I find this contradictory …

This makes the assumption that other people will be in this class of self-sacrificing and morally mature. If you are in the West or Europe and a millennial or lower, the chances are low. With the increasing amount of devicive content and misamdarist content being normalized for women, things will only get worse. At least Tate and the rest get pushback. Look at this comment section. Not a single person has adresses the Women's aspect to the topic. It all falls on the Man to be the better person a…

Stop building your entire worldview around how you imagine women see you. Sure. But engaging with the topic, the issue is that the improvement is one sided. One side can actively call the other side evil, the other side cannot defend itself otherwise they prove them right. The only thing you're going to accomplish with this strategy is ensuring that happiness, relationships, and self-respect forever elude you. Because I fail to see the use in being a feminist or treating the other better? Lets n…

Of course not. But there is a direct trade off for each of them. All of which derives from cause and effect. If you want a good thing to happen, then do the right choice. In this case, socially men are seen as villainous regardless. Good, bad, somewhere in between, it doesn't make a difference.

Your post implies that the core motivation for men should be others' perception. How about living based on what your standard for being a good person is? Otherwise, it actually is performative." Because people live according to other's perception and reciprocation. Show up to your job in all neon purple, blasting music from your phone. Go to a wedding in jorts and a backwards hat. What do you think will be reciprocated? But if you are so inclined to living to a standard of a good person, even if…

You don't need to treat them like shit, you just tint need to do the extracurriculars that women want "male allies" to do. Because if you do or don't, the same suspicion and critisism will be placed on you, regardless if you act like a male feminist or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 05:45 PM

Umm, where? How in the world did what I wrote even remotely imply that? By placing the burden of being a better person for the sake of it on men. Excusing women in their entirety for their rhetoric against men as a whole. Men don't have to do a damn thing. But this is a debate subreddit. And furthermore, the culture as it exist does tell men they are not enough, so does content made by women. What is the saying of the moment? "Who set up that system" or "The bar is on the floor". Same as my last…

You shouldn’t better yourself for women. You should better yourself for yourself. Why? For what purpose if there is no satisfaction in this self-flagellation? Improving one's self in an indifferent environement will eventually lead to a path of alienation. I would even say it puts a person on course to entitlement. Bettering yourself will help you hold your own standards high enough to find ones who see you for you. Assuming people around you will be high standards themselves. If you are a mille…

Because you know the difference between right and wrong Your stance implies women are not to be held to the same standard. Men must act in a way that puts women at ease and to minimize misogyny because it is morally bad. Yet for women, viewing men as a whole as potential rapists, criminals, abusers, plotting, and conniving is perfectly fine? Creating misandrist content that is similar to misogynistic content is fine? How about living based on what your standard for being a good person is? We are…

No, the question is in regards to the broader outlook on men. Men are judged based on their gender more than the contents of their character. If this is the case, and of one side will write them off as potentially villain, then what is the point in working towards being "on of the good ones". Which, in the end, will receive the same amount of suspicion as well.

physically attractive to me (nice face, thick arms, over 5'4) What type of person do you think is physically attractive to you? Can you make any comparisons? Sexually compatible What makes someone sexually compatible or not with you? Does it rely on physical characteristics or simply a willingness to do?

Responsible & has his shit together What does this practically look like? Is cis hetero In touch with his feminine side Feminist ally I think you will find both things right be difficult to find in a cishet man. Is financially on my level or higher Around what level would you take/is preferable?

Not to say i agree or disagree with you, but doesn't her comment (if we believe to be true) disprove your original claim?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/25 04:28 AM

Both are unrelated to each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/25 11:48 PM

Incredible. Great response. Changed my mind entirely.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/25 10:14 PM

The average woman thinks the average man is moments away from violence. To women, there is no decent men, just criminals in wait. Remember the discourse around the bear? You could care for personal convictions, such as human morality, but don't base it off being decent when it wont be recognized. Hell, it can be seem as malicious.

Wether or not they are ugly is a case by case basis. Some may genuinely be ugly by objective metrics. Some may simply feel that way (and going beyond, their genetic traits) due to a actual sense of dysphoria. To address your point on the redpill doing nothing in their lives, I understand why you say that. It's true. Why engage with something that will only make you feel worse? But i think this lacks perspective and sympathy. Again, ideology comes after. They live a life of dissatisfaction and di…

Sure. I won't deny that it is ironic. But these are hurt people who have never felt compassion or interest from other people in any context. I will cut them some slack on their hypocrisy. As for abandonment of all communities, its quite common and easy, you just need to be seen as a guest or a stranger in them. It may not always be literal isolationist, but instead a feeling of not belonging. And many people find that they don't belong. Lastly, on your statement on being obnoxious, I find that t…

Well look at it from their perspective. If they already are ugly, lonely, disliked, seen as a failure in some aspect of their life, and even see themselves as genetically a failure... what then? What does believing in the redpill absolve them of? What does rejecting the redpill absolve them of? If, at their core, they live a life that is in constant rejection, it is no matter of personal belief that will save them.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/25 04:27 AM

Sure. And that's a valid response to a lifetime of isolation. But it's not as simple for many people, especially those who, since their youth, have been abandoned by any type of community. Even therapists know this creates a load of developmental issues. At least the redpill gives some sort of belief to hold onto. Why they are like this and perhaps some studies along the way to get rid of an anecdotal mindset. Not to say either is better than the other. Its just not that easy to say "do this and…

It works through action, not ideology. These people are already lonely, disliked, and bad with people, they just so happen to become redpill with time. Its usually not the other way around. Weather or not it would be better for them to drop it is a different discussion entirely.

Thing is if a woman came out and said she loves sex with men who are hot, tall, have big biceps, big weiners whatever else people would still get mad This is generally true anyways. Thats why there is no evidence for th ex opposite in any study. Women do like sex, its just with the genetically gifted, not the inferior man. Human sexuality in general is shamed by most societies but women usually get shamed way more Probably because the size of a woman's breast and butt do not hinder sex. The size…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/25 02:03 AM

I often think of this. Every single gender related discussion from women on Instagram, TikTok, or Reddit is exceedingly anti-men in general. Saying they're all bad and whatever else they want to say. I hear people say that the misogyny/alt-whatever pipeline comes from the right taking up these young men, but I think that, for me personally, the feelings of animosity or "other-ing" come from the fact that the overwhelming amount of content when women talk about men is negative. So when someone sa…
