No it’s not. You fail to acknowledge my point and the main point of this whole post. Men aren’t allowed to advocate for their rights or to talk about their problems without being labeled. The Mens rights movement is considered a hate movement by a lot of people because they assume men have no rights to advocate for.

The draft of men clearly runs counter to the values of feminism in quite a lot of ways. I’ve known many “liberal feminists” who either support or don’t really mind a male only draft. So I can’t say it’s baffling that some people here could be conservative because even though a male only draft runs contrary to the principles of modern liberal feminism many support it and almost none give it the time of day. This hypocrisy is more offensive than a conservative point of view.

The most absurd example is suggesting that all men are in on the conspiracy to oppress women and themselves. I’ve seen one women claim that even men who act are gentlemen and protect women are actually bad guys. Her reasoning was that these men want to benefit off of the behavior of bad men so they can look good in comparison. What an outrageous suggestion! It really goes against the idea of age of consent. If there is to be an age of consent where adults are capable of making their own decisions, we have to respect that and not make a big deal about age gaps. I agree. Often when I try to open up about my mental health struggles, like especially related to self esteem and body image, people don’t take me seriously.
