1	October 06 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread College freshman and pretty new-ish to actually applying trp (became decently accustomed to the theory aspects last spring). Got to the gym every day I planned to and on one of those days I got a good arm workout in with a pretty cool guy I met through the rowing team. Diet has been getting better but not as good as I need it to be. Dining hall is crawling with empty carbs and the healthier options are usually poorly made or just not there.
