| 1 | I am regularly called handsome by friends and family but...I used to also be someone that wasn't well attuned with feelings and was basically left brained. I had no game. But I learned both of these things to a significant extent that transformed my dating life (and eventually met my amazing partner!). Learning NVC, going to therapy, and practicing meditation has helped me with those things.
