Well, I can only speak for Europe, North America and Latin America, but it is by far the most sexually open country with the most authentic people I've ever met. Night and day compared to even neighboring countries.

Frankly, Brazil is the only country I'be been to where women will sleep with you for genuinely being yourself. Being a good-looking gringo gives a lot of bonus points, but really isn't a must. Downside is you might want to learn some basic Portuguese beforehand. English-speaking people can be found, but don't expect 8/10 women you talk to, to understand much beyond basic words.

Eastern European girls are going to be INFINITELY more racist than any Dutch girl. The only reason I can imagine that 80% of Slavic women would even consider dating an Asian looking guy is money. If you aren't talking, just let them hang, it looks less awkward than it feels. If you're talking, it's not a sin to let them hang either, but it definitely increases you charisma to gesture while you're talking.

In general, hiding your palms is subconciously perceived as a sign of mistrust, and in turn makes people trust you slightly less.
