The age gap itself is not always bad, but specifically bragging about being able to net younger women is definitely weird. If knowing that causes you to stop resonating with his advice, then absolutely go find another advice-giver. Do what feels best for you.

There are political action groups (typically centered around universities), but I have never seen them call themselves "antifa" or use the flag. The idea of widespread antifa chapters is total bogus. Everyone wears black-bloc at protests to keep themselves unidentifiable & protect from tear gas, no matter what group they come from. I actually disagree. If someone is doing some questionable stuff, and they ask about it, it's a disservice to tell them that they're not the problem just b/c they know about it. Actions, not words. IMO it's easy for young guys to screw up & make women uncomfortable if they lack self awareness and feedback loops. Especially when they have a crush and get in their own head. I assume we're talking about strangers, or maybe people who you see often but aren't friends with? Here's some hopefully obvious suggestions- Don't approach and corner anyone (starting conversations with strangers while the 2 of you are alone) Don't ever talk about dating, politics, weapons, sex, or other controversial subjects while strangers can overhear.
