I got disciplined (I also have been found nofap for a few years) and everything else sort of fell into place. Improve your life, become happy in your our skin, and push comfort zones! 1	Any tips for talking to a shy girl? You have to have a really good open with a strong lead into conversation. If she can't easily start talking about something based off the first thing you say then her shyness will take over and it will be awkward.
