I've got a question: I've been doing SL for three weeks now, and I've gotten to 115 lbs toal on my bench (I'm a weak guy, 5'10", 160 lbs). I've been working out with a bodyweight routine for the last 6 months, gained 25 pounds in this time. Today I went in to try and do 120 on bench. Standard progressive load of 5 lbs each time, and I failed to complete five reps of one set. The previous time going in I struggled on 115. Where do you live that you meet other female, true audiophiles? On college campus, at least, it's only people walking around with Sol Republic and Skull Candy headphones. Most wear apple buds. I want to meet an audiophile T.T

Thanks for the tips! Guess I'll make a visit to /r/nofap, see what's up. I don't know about the be alone with a computer thing, because I produce electronic music, where I need to be with my PC, attention focused on using it. But, other life-changes I've been working on have been going pretty well, so I'll see about adding another. Again, thank you!

Does that include no masturbation, as well? As far as I know, it's normal and healthy to masturbate. So just, no porn for half a year and it'll be better?
