While I understand the sentiment, I have some issues with this graphic. Simply putting "cannot choose" doesn't really specify the issues men face when it comes to custody and financial liability for their children. That's fair. I'm mostly talking about losing the suit jacket. Button up shirt, slacks, loafers, and tie are sharp looking without feeling heavy. In the winter, jackets are allowed but not required. That's my personal ideal scenario anyway.
