Girls, I legit have ALL of this after a really bad and abusive relationship :( i don't know how to "heal" or what that even means But I am trying to change all that! Im conscious of it all (at least) and I feel that I got better, especially about setting boundaries, but I can't see the "cure" or how much is "enough" to consider myself trauma free

My ex slaped me on the face on his birthday, in public, in from of all of our friends, slaped hard, because I saw a white hair on him and told him about it in a joking way. He would also scream at me because I wouldn't accept his political views and calm me dumb, stupid, etc you name it Never again will ANYONE treat me like this
