Men have always been held accountable for their poor choices in female partnership. When a man marries a stripper or another woman that is perceived to have lesser value, he is called a dumbass. People can a will turn the fairest concepts ugly. Even in posts where a hit is 100% warranted, some commenters will find a way to make you things feel dirty and take it too far. I try to remind myself that they are people who are embracing their own demons instead exorcising them. <shrug>
