5	How do I get over the shame of being a former Pickmeisha? I was in the same position three years ago. We’ve all been Pickmeisha at some point. I had to suffer the consequences of being a Pickmeisha to pull myself out of that mentality. The best thing, I did for myself was move forward. You’re wiser and tougher now so anything you do moving forward will bring you much better results. It’s ok! It’s going to be more than fine.
