15	changed approach, instant positive response. blows my mind. A university did a study verifying this (I think it was MIT). They opened a shop selling jelly beans with 36 different flavors for a while, and monitored the sales. They then switched to 6 different flavors, and sales shot up. This just emphasizes the point that people can't/don't like to make decisions from a huge amount of possibilities.
