I have a solution: high detail cameras with audio in every single area. Constantly recording, impossible to turn off, recordings stored to a location that is not accessible without a court order. I ask: why not? Apart from required server space, time needed to install them all and cost. Would it be too easy to fake footage? If faking is an issue, why have them in, say, supermarkets?
