1	Peloton Ad Is Criticized as Sexist and Dystopian OK, I'll bite. In no particular order here are some thoughts: The average American woman is fat.* They know they should lose weight, but won't. They therefore interpret the commercial as "the husband wants the wife to lose weight" (even though the commercial does nothing to suggest that) because they are projecting their own insecurities.
