dude at this point i always wonder: what the fuck is even the use being in an LTR? if you have to constantly just be "on" and still get rekt, what the fuck is the actual point? why not just have girls you like on a personal level as FWB and avoid the commitment that comes with a relationship? seems like you'd have to get with some girl whose SMV is considerably lower to yours to minimize the chances of being duped.
