Education systems need to be viewed (in RP lens) as what they are - processes that ensure optimal fabrication of well adjusted drones. A piece of advice for fat guys - don't go into calisthenics yet, if you have trouble doing 10+ pushups and/or 10+ squats in a row (full, slow moves with a little stop between phses). You need to strengthen (by lifting lesser weights first) your muscles a bit, because your bodyweight might be too much for your muscles. If muscles cannot hold that stress - joints, bones and especially spine will be overstressed.
