I wrote an annoyed few sentences about your response, then realized I read it wrong. Sorry. That's a valid point, but children don't consent on what they wear, where they live, where they go to school, what rules they have to follow, and well, their upbringing at all. Can I ask a question? Why is it so important? It's nerve endings, yes, and apparently makes sex more pleasurable (though how exactly one measures the difference I've no clue), but he won't be unable to reproduce, he won't have a painful time reproducing, trouble jacking off, anything like that. It's simply an aesthetic and cultural practice, that for the most part doesn't effect the male's life at all. It's certainly less harmful than that one culture that stretches their woman's necks.
