what i'm saying is that nearly every injury that occurs in weightlifting is because of Olympic lifts. you don't see people with herniated disks off curls. i'm mearly providing myself as yet another example to the hundreds upon thousands of people that have hurt themselves doing squats, clean and jerks, dealifts ect. i'm not blaming the lift, i had bad form, but the investment in perfect form and the risk to yourself is not worth the rewards when you can get the exact same reward from other acces…

squatting and doing Olympic lifts is the #1 way to hurt yourself. the more weight you are putting above your body the higher chance of you fucking up your body. trust me, as someone who fucked up their back once doing heavy squats, its better to do other lifts and gain from them, then it is to be out of the game for 4 months period.

deadlifts, yes. squats, eh you don't really need to do them.leg press, leg curls and calf extensions are good enough.

the second you look in the mirror and are satisfied with what you see, you've lost.

The anxiety it gave me was the worst part. Before the trip I was a wild guy. I had no fears really, nothing really frightened me. Public speaking? Easy. Fear of failing classes? Not even there. Worried about[event]? not even on my mind other than is happening. I had never felt that bad anxiety before and it stuck with me. The first few weeks of it my body was fine it was my mind that was the issue, I could still function but my mind was off. Then it spread to my body and my mind wanted to recove…

sure. The setup: lived in a house with 7 other guys, 5 of which have taken shrooms already and said it was amazing. one of the times they tripped i sat with them and bs'd around as they were tripping. they seemed to be enjoying it. so i thought, yea, sure, i'll try them next time you do them. but 3 of them didn't want to at the time because they said they weren't prepared mentally. they never warned me about the whole state of mind aspect of it so i didn't think much of it at the time. so, it en…

well obviously. at some point i had to admit that those were thoughts buried deep inside of me that i chose not to face. but the sheer strength at which they were invoked and forced in front of me was something i wasn't prepared for which scarred me for a very long time. It got to the point where even sleeping, when you feel your body slipping out of control/losing control of your body would give me extreme anxiety. i coped by listening to a show or music before bed, anything to distract me from…

which is why when people are always like "i wanna try shrooms!" i warn them. it's not just some party drug you can do whenever you feel like with no preparation like smoking weed or alcohol.

literally the reverse for me. it threw me into a stint of depression and anxiety for a year and a half.

most likely please bold this disclaimer because it can fuck you up mentally if you aren't in a good place when you take them. hallucinogens aren't some party drug you take just to see pretty colors and can do it at any time. it fucked me up hard for a year and a half. almost dropped out of college because of the last effect it had on my mind.

i mean, as a dude in college in the 1:30 - 3 minute mark there were like 5-6 that i would definitely hook up with but i'm guessing you only pull 9's/10's or what? like be honest. that blonde chick at 2:05 you are telling me you WOULDN'T hook up with? she's prettier than most models i see.

You shit talk his vernacular but you spout shit like "yall niggas" and "yall motherfuckers" like your ANY fucking different? People are products of their culture, you think you are the first person to say "in this bitch"? No, you are not in your own way your just as unoriginal as the guy saying he was lurking. But lurking is a term with a definition for hiding in the sidelines and watching so his use of it is fine. Get over it.

In case you want some more evidence, i had a programming exam being graded by a female grad student. My initial grade on the exam was an 8/50, now i'm not nearly this stupid so i went to her office hours, sat down with her and argued with her over every point deducted. most of the obvious stuff she gave leeway but the one thing that stuck in my head was her not accepting my logic. i proved her wrong, went through every single logical step of the code i wrote, the grade deductioin was for "the fu…

thanks for the help. at the moment i feel its one of my weakest assets so i'll put a lot of work in to it every time i can. speaking alone in the car for 30 minutes, anytime i talk to people now i'm focusing on speaking from "the mask" and projecting.

sound interesting, i'll look into it, thanks stranger! i learned in middle school how to breath correctly and exercise regularly so proper breathing i had mostly down. and as someone who has overcome general anxiety breath control was an important focus. And i find i run into that last section often, like the things i talk about.say are just as interesting, if not more interesting, then the person who i just continued from, otherwise i wouldn't say anything but i find people pay less attention t…

i am cursed with a nasaly voice, how do i work on my speech to make it sound more, i don't know, attractive? Like i speak with confidence but i put no thought into the pitch of my voice, i just speak with my normal voice. should i focus on that and try to improve how to speak. maybe slow it down, articulate more or attempt to speak lower without making it obvious?

Or short, its hilarious how much fat acceptance bullshit is propagated, yet there is no height acceptance for men despite it being in the top like 80% of what women's ideal man is, tall. Yet height is genetic and there nothing we can do about it but accept it. Yet fat women who can lose weight force this fat acceptance bullshit. Which can be changed. Its this fact alone that makes me lose respect for most women's logic.
