This just made me realize something, I once worked for a small family firm run by 3 sisters, company went bankrupt after a few years, They never innovated or upgraded any of the machinery in the company so went under, Iv also worked for a man who started up his own business and within a few decades the company became the largest in its field, when the boss retired he sold the company to a rival and retired a multi millionaire.
