It just depends on the individual! That's literally all it boils down to

That makes more sense and thanks for clarifying. I've worked in many private healthcare environments and there would, in contrast, be a hoist or two on the floor to be used by the majority of the tenants who were assessed for its use. Currently, I also work in a bespoke environment that is on a much smaller scale than larger facilities (we're not so different you and I as it sounds!) Most of the tenants are independent in mobility but one. He would be assessed by various state-funded multi-disci…

I agree I've worked with many female colleagues who are really not naturally caring and are not really cut out for their job role. There are plenty of naturally caring and professional caregivers who are men

This is why we don't privitise every facet of our healthcare systems. I preform a similar job role to you but here in Ireland and I'm actually astounded that Hoists or moving and handling equipment aren't provided by the company in America! Whereas here it's the companies liability to provide the necessary equipment so the employees can complete their duty of care for the clients. The client and their family do pay a premium for the staff to be present 24hrs but that also includes things like ho…

That doesn't matter because this particular virus we're talking about is airborne and that's how it's contracted whether it's in the water or not?? Literally no matter what else you have to say to anything else, she's still an INCREDIBLY SELFISH human being and was putting people's health and well-being and loved one's lives at risk.

SARS was no where near as transmittable than COVID-19 is currently understood to be and was therefore easier contained and treated

I'm sorry but she is an incredibly selfish person for using the pool whether you agree with me or not 👍 and chlorine might kill MOST micro-organisms but it definitely does not kill viruses which are two different things

How is "knowing a gay dude in a professional setting" even considered an odd statement?? Unless you're a bigot, of course

You can't spell 'Menstruating' without 'Men' and you can't spell 'Over Reacting' without 'Ovary'

Source: Ive worked in healthcare for the length of my career and in this vocation literally no one views being a nurse or a healthcare assistant as a 'woman's job.' There are a LOT of men who work in this vocation. I don't have any data or numbers or percentages from some online page - I'm replying to your response literally from experience and I dont have anything else to offer you other than that

Apologies, but nursing and teaching aren't female dominated vocations anymore.. I think you mean freelance gluten-free bakers or edgy womens rights artists. Also, I would love to see (more) women taking up job roles in areas like warehousing where the work environments are so dangerous and where more men get killed or injured in their line of work

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
