Knowing what you want to say helps remove getting ignored. Being ignored has nothing to do with having a deep voice. It has to do with relevance, articulation and execution (delivery). If people are tuning out, you may be boring. Women LOVE deep voices, especially when you emphasize their name. Think about what you have to say, make it interesting, and command attention.
