Yeah, I'd go as far as to say being born inside some countries' borders as opposed to outside would be luck. So according to them, privilege..

Well I wasn't too sure with my example as I said, but I'd say it is because you're not looking at the role of individuals in the people, but the roles of gender groups... but yeah, kinda bad example

I mean the sad thing is – hear me out – some of the stuff in "gender studies" could genuinely be interesting and there might be topics worth of studies and so on.... Like bad example, idk, roles of women in tribal communities in South Am./continental Africa or so. But since it's worded like an ideology and focused on areas where it is not reeeally needed, it doesn't work. And because the outcome is set before it even begins, you get bs in the end.

Also the way she's worded this implies that MEN should do jail time after false rape accusations..?? So much for equality, how much would it've cost to just say "accusers" or something more general if it's about being equal

B-but in literally all cases of divorce, the woman is in a natural disadvantage and literally never deserves to be the one paying, that's sooo misogynistic and absolutely unfair /s

Pedophile would be attracted to literally prepubescent children, not a boy going through puberty. She's most likely just really really gross for being attracted to him, that's it. And well, acting illegally. Lots of people from places with a high age of consent like 18 tend to confuse actual pedophilia and "just" adults having sex with adolescents

Effectively, the mother should decide alone B-but ... sigh

What would rationally speak for such a law prohibiting single-party DNA testing if the mother did not cheat?

I guess the pussypass consists of the fact that this women did not - unlike in many other cases of divorce - get away with hiding something or just generally walking away richer
