Don't seek therapy just looksmax and above all recognize, within yourself, that objectively speaking; your mentality and view of yourself is non-conducive to what it seems like you want.

There’s always a comment like this in these threads that points to steroid guzzling (nothing against that) bodybuilding figures and say “I don’t like that therefore it’s not for everyone” Lean men with chiseled faces, defined muscle tissue (as long as they aren’t sticks and have engaged in any sort of weightlifting in the past/present) is literally the formula. Brad Pitt in fight club.

"Game her into cheating" sounds a bit like the subtle kind of verbiage you'd use to describe what you do to an object, not a person... Not necessarily speaking to you but you see this so often in guys who are just getting into game who treat "game" as an object which you either have or don't have - "I don't have game / she can tell my game is weak" and it really fucks their progress up bc they think their game is a tangible thing. As if it can be had by learning the "right things to say"... All …

Alright I've got one. How do you build a social circle like that?

What you are describing with "I don't really enjoy socializing" is social anxiety. You gotta fix that first. There are many introverts out there getting laid. You're also making the common mistake in thinking introversion = not enjoying socializing. Introverts replenish energy from being alone whilst extroverts replenish energy from being around people. Then introverts deplete their energy when they are around people and extroverts deplete their energy when they are alone by themselves.

Just gotta teach your caveman brain that you wont get brutally beaten to death for approaching women and afterwards it goes from impossible to really hard. For me, after the first 5 it got way more manageable. Now I just do it habitually, its almost involuntarily.

The biggest takeaway I got from it was the honest living/communication/action. Especially action, because my biggest difficulty was actually doing the approach since I never really struggled to show vulnerability once I said hi. The idea that not approaching a girl you find attractive = not being honest to yourself was what I finally needed to reframe approaching for me and I actually did my first (of many) approaches shortly after I finished reading it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
