China, India, South Africa, and all of South America were colonized and are doing better than the Middle East. Even with a huge supply of oil the Middle East is poor. Islamic nations have contributed a negligible amount to the world in the last 200 years. This is just wishful thinking. The majority of elites in America have attend a select few universities where they make connections with other people who will become elites. Exactly. And the mother was wondering why he became so "distant" after he decided to wait until testing after birth. Nowhere in the article does it say she refused a paternity test after birth and the language implies she agreed to it. She is still pregnant when she wrote the question.

Just to clarify, he wants the paternity test during the pregnancy. The most common methods that do this do carry a small risk of miscarriage. I can see where the mother is coming from because the father can wait until after birth and not risk any complications.

That is one way it could have played out but it is equally possible is that TM decided to confront GZ, knocked GZ on the ground and that is when GZ shot him. First of all they die from circumcision in bad environments. There is practically not way to die from a properly done circumcision. There are 1.8 million people who die every year from AIDS. So lets say if everyone in the world is circumcised. That's maybe a 10% reduction in transmissions. So you just saved 18,000 lives. And maybe you'd kill 500 babies at most. But 500 lives to 18,000 lives. That's not a hard choice.

60% is a lot and I think I've seen that number from the CDC which is probably the best possible source. Think of the effect if everyone in Africa was circumcised. Maybe that would be a 10% reduction or so. That would save thousands of lives. I'd think a little less sexual pleasure is worth saving lives.
