I think it’s a possibility. Refusing marriage counselling is a huge red flag of this. Also, they would lie about it so the truth didn’t come out and everyone turn on them. I’m sadly in the same situation. 29m, separated after a year and a half too. I was with her 8 years.

Please don’t commit suicide. Please please try and focus on things that make you happy. And do plenty of exercise etc and surround yourself with any friends or family you may have and speak to them.
