I think it is a violation of womens rights. I say this because during the pregnancy they incur all the health risks associated. However I also believe that since we can not in good conscience force a woman into motherhood that men should be allowed to financially abort so to speak by relinquishing all parental rights and not be forced into fatherhood.

You have the right message but I do agree with you the echoing voice thing does seem to cross the creepy line. Also the tempo of the voice seems to be on slow playback in sound. when you are describing the anatomy perhaps less of the anatomical pictures one would have made the point nicely. I understand your point but the problem I have is that if it is going to be claimed that this bill redefines this term and specifically says that it now includes those following statements then it better do so or you lose all credibility in the fight. I can understand where you are coming from with the harrasment angle but I do question how prevelant that is. I spend a fair amount of time in our cities libraries and have yet to see a woman harrased by homeless person. At least where I live if one of them starts talking to any library patrons they are immediatly escorted out. The point is there should be no discriminitory activity in a seating arrangement.
