That's why I cringe when I see a fatty on social media with their #ketodiet #startingtoday and posting a picture of their meal. Then without fail, it's back to pictures of sipping large, sugary drinks while at an an amusement park the next week while you still weigh well over 400lbs. Just fuck.

What? It looks like you had a thought going about empathy but the rest of your post ended up as verbal diarrhea. It is possible to feel empathic towards people less fortunate than yourself without feeling the need to drag them out of whatever hole they've found themselves in. Especially people that you don't know or are not going to give a shit of the fact you are helping them or not.
