It has been two consecutive years that I am going to psychotherapy to resolve many issues I have from my past. I was grown up in a culture that mostly my parents decisions were based on what others are thinking about us and tbh it was a hell back then. I never missed my fucking childhood. I don't know how can overcome this crippling fear of mine. Also I have another problem. Where should I meet new girls to talk to. The only place I can see a female is at my workplace which I don't think it's a good idea to date co-workers. In my country we don't have club or gym which you can meet girls.
