well he can only control her until she matures Unfortunately that isn't always the case. Consider Woody Allen and his daughter/wife Soon Yi Previn. He started fucking her as soon as she was legal (before, according to some sources) and married her later. If you read interviews with them, even when questions are addressed to her, she will not speak until he gives her the nod. Their body language together is terrifying. She is a prisoner with Stockholm Syndrome, quite clearly.

Refuses to get his dog fixed and is proud about his dog "hoeing" around. Or does get the dog fixed (some rescues require it) but then gets "neuticles" for the dog so it appears to still have balls.

Yeah, I'd rather be alone than in a shitty marriage too. That doesn't mean I'm not lonely sometimes. The thing is, I was actually more lonely when I was married. Living with someone like the uncle in the OP is soul-crushing.

Even those who don't personnally abuse anyone, they are part of the rape culture. This is so true.
