3	What? Women and children have primarily been noncombatants throughout history, only in the last 150 years have women in the thick of the frontlines been changing steadily. This phrase is more or less another way to say civilians now, at least in the context of warfare. 10	Im really starting to dislike the LGBT(Bisexual here) For me, personally, I find some of it really tacky. Not all of it, but it can get there.
