The northern provinces of the PH offer the simplest lifestyles, but the electircal systems there are ancient and still underdeveloped. Do expect blackouts. But as of today they become a tad bit reliable, but i did came to a point where it just drizzled and power is out. Water supplies wont be a problem, Any man who goes to the gym wpuld have no problems pumping water out manually. Soilwise there, its still good enough, Just buy a piece of land and till it.
