Dating sites give women a false sense of entitlement and makes them think that men are less then they are because it empowers them to do the picking and choosing when in fact that is our Job and has always been. I stay away from dating sites. This is one reason.

I would argue that staying fit is a necessity towards being an Alpha. Lifting is generally seen as the most masculine and puts you in a naturally competative enviorment were it shows how you stack up against other men.
