1	Pass Denied Some of our police couldn't make the cut for the military (physical requirements and such) and have a chip on their shoulder, or they were picked on in school and maybe even start out with valiant efforts to right the wrongs of society or something but end up corrupted, and other examples of jaded individuals (sorry I'm lazy). -1	Having a "miscarriage" gives you the right to ignore rules of the road and be rude to officers. He totally baited her once she refused to roll down the window the first time. He knew she was going to be difficult and continued until she did mess up and he could take action. 4	Having a "miscarriage" gives you the right to ignore rules of the road and be rude to officers. No there is no such law or implied compliance. Her mistake was having an attitude about it, then when the officer asked her to get out of the car because she had ticked him off. She messed up and refused, giving the officer all he needed to use force to take her into custody.
