Thanks for that SlippySleepySlip. Unfortunately the name "Mens Behaviour Change Program" is an official term used by services here in Australia and I don't have power to change the name. But I can remove it from my original post to make it sound more inviting.

The idea of classifying people as high, low or medium 'quality' is bound to condemn us to misery. I feel for you. The red pill cannon actually states all women in a man’s life (including you Mom) are active in his oppression and he needs to combat them to be a man. What a cynical world view to promote! All you can do is continue to be the woman/mother you want to be in spite of the challenges you face.
