1	Have any of you had a protective order petitioned against you? Be aware if the ex files a temporary TPO that’s denied until hearing, (no evidence). Then Ex decides to not have you served… trial is held neither party appears. Case dismissed, great right? Not really, I found my ex did all this 10 months ago and had no idea along with false police reports all along the way. This creates a long paper trail you’re not aware of at all. 10	What the hell This is spot on almost a script some follow for leverage. Make sure to check your court records online every so often. I was surprised to find out recently my ex filed a temporary protection order against me 9 months ago, denied until hearing. Never served and had no idea. Hearing held no appearance by ex, case dismissed. Went to the county clerk pulled the record my goodness. Yup drawn out story back 6 years ago, suicidal, may have weapons, anger, substance abuse.
