You may want to supplement with one hour, once a week to include pulling exercises such as deadlifts, bent over row and possibly working some of the lat and rowing machines. 3 sets each at 8 to 12 reps might do it. As long as you do not over train, you should see results pretty quickly. Take it easy to start. You are working multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
