0	Rob Schneider on "gender pay gap" in Hollywood. Lol who hurt you? Although I do agree some teachers are paid well, look at other states where teachers make 30-50k a year, 7 years of schooling shouldn’t equal McDonalds wage, especially when these teachers are teaching the future. Teachers are more than just teachers, they spend time with students all day, they help them outside of just their subject, etc. you don’t want to make people not want to be teachers because then you lose the good ones to industry jobs.	/r/PussyPassDenied	16/05/18 11:55 PM

-2	Kindergarten teacher finds Legos are good for cognitive development in young children and bans boys from playing with them in order to "close the gender gap" I don't think the problem is in the individual, but the individuals home life. If you have old school parents they are going to push you into a housewife role and not a science major because it "isn't for girls" it's a sociology problem. Educators need to be pushing people into stem programs because it's pretty much the future and now. 1	Kindergarten teacher finds Legos are good for cognitive development in young children and bans boys from playing with them in order to "close the gender gap" I'm a dude, I'm actually going into the STEM field to teach HS and encourage more boys and girls to go into the STEM field, my college has a decent amount of girls in the STEM programs, but not nearly as many in psych and business.
